Here are quick answers to the most common questions students ask before enrolling.
Is the deposit really non-refundable?
Yes. The deposit is non-refundable because we reserve a seat for you and limit the number of participants. If you’re unsure, you can still submit the contact form and ask follow-up questions before paying.
When is the remaining balance due if I pay a deposit?
Your remaining balance is typically due 5–7 days before the first class session. Exact dates and a secure payment link will be included in your deposit confirmation email.
What if I need to change cohorts after paying?
If something unexpected comes up, reach out as soon as possible. While the deposit is non-refundable, we’ll do our best to move you to a future class session when available, subject to our rescheduling policy.
Do you offer receipts or invoices for employers?
Yes. After you complete your deposit or full payment, you’ll receive an email receipt. If you need a custom invoice for reimbursement or employer payment, reply to that email with your details and we’ll provide one.
